Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Workday Adaptive Senior Consultant in the Enterprise Operations as a Service team to support ongoing AMS engagements for Workday Adaptive Planning. You will help clients maintain a stable, scalable planning environment and lead governance and roadmap discussions.

The role requires 3+ years with Workday Adaptive Planning, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 25%. U.S. work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, incl. post-implementation enhancements, incident resolution, and change requests in an AMS environment.
• Travel up to 25% on average based on client work.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior escalation point for AMS queue issues (models, formulas, reports, dashboards, integrations, security).
• Gather requirements for enhancements; perform impact analysis; configure Workday Adaptive Planning (model updates, reporting changes, formulas, templates, security).
• Support release/environment management: feature evaluation, sandbox-to-prod migrations, change management, documentation maintenance.
