Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Workday Adaptive Senior Consultant, Managed Services, for the Enterprise Operations as a Service team. You will support ongoing application management for Workday Adaptive Planning, ensuring a stable, optimized planning environment for clients.

Responsibilities include escalation handling, requirement gathering, configuration, releases, and governance participation, with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree and 3+ years with Workday Adaptive Planning in AMS.
• Ability to travel 25% on average.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior escalation point for AMS queue issues (models, formulas, dashboards).
• Gather requirements for enhancements and configure Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Support release and environment management and migrations.
• Participate in governance calls, status reporting, and roadmap discussions.
• Monitor integrations and data processes (actuals feeds, level updates, version management).
