Deloitte GPS is seeking a Workday Adaptive Senior Consultant, Managed Services, to support Workday Adaptive Planning within Enterprise Operations as a Service. This role includes governance participation, complex configuration, and data process monitoring to help clients plan, budget, forecast, and report. Travel up to 25% may be required; U.S.

work authorization is required. The team serves federal, state, and local government clients, delivering multi-year contracts and ongoing application

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, including post-implementation enhancements, incident resolution, and change requests in an application management services environment.
• Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior escalation point for issues raised through the application management services queue, including troubleshooting models, formulas, reports, dashboards, integrations, and security.
• Gather requirements for enhancement requests, perform impact analysis, and configure solutions in Workday Adaptive Planning, including model updates, reporting changes, formula logic, OfficeConnect templates, and security roles.
• Support release and environment management activities, including feature evaluation, sandbox-to-production migrations, change management, and maintenance of configuration and issue documentation.
• Participate in governance calls, status reporting, and roadmap discussions with client stakeholders to support planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting objectives.
• Monitor integrations and data processes, including actuals feeds, Workday Human Capital Management integrations, data loads, level updates, and version management.
