Job summary

Deloitte GPS in the United States is seeking a Workday Adaptive Senior Consultant, Managed Services, to support ongoing application management for Workday Adaptive Planning and help clients maintain a stable, optimized planning environment.

You will lead projects, gather requirements, and coordinate with stakeholders to support planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting objectives, while traveling about 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years with Workday Adaptive Planning including post‑implementation enhancements, incidents and change requests.
• Ability to travel 25% on average depending on client engagement.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior escalation point for issues in the application management services queue for Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Gather requirements for enhancements, perform impact analysis, and configure solutions including model updates and security roles.
• Support release and environment management, migrations, and maintenance of configuration docs.
• Participate in governance calls, status reporting, and roadmap discussions with client stakeholders.
• Monitor integrations and data processes, including actuals feeds and HCM integrations.
