Job summary

Deloitte's Government & Public Services GPS practice is seeking a Workday Adaptive Senior Consultant, Managed Services, to support ongoing application management for Workday Adaptive Planning within the Enterprise Operations as a Service team.

You will help clients maintain a stable, optimized, and scalable planning environment, while serving as a senior escalation point and guiding project workstreams across planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of Workday Adaptive Planning experience in an AMS environment.
• Willingness to travel 25% on average.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior escalation point for issues in the AMS queue (troubleshooting models, formulas, reports, dashboards, integrations, and security).
• Gather requirements for enhancements and configure Workday Adaptive Planning (model updates, reporting changes, formula logic, OfficeConnect templates, and security roles).
• Support release and environment management activities (feature evaluation, sandbox-to-production migrations, change management).
• Participate in governance calls, status reporting, and roadmap discussions with client stakeholders for planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Monitor integrations and data processes (actuals feeds, HCM integrations, data loads, level updates, version management).
