Job summary

Deloitte's Enterprise Performance team seeks a Workday AdaptiveSenior Consultant, Managed Services. You will support ongoing AMS engagements for Workday Adaptive Planning, ensuring a stable, optimized planning environment for clients.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years with Workday Adaptive Planning, plus willingness to travel ~25%. The role offers opportunities to lead projects and collaborate across teams within GPS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, including post-implementation enhancements, incident resolution, and change requests.
• Ability to travel 25% on average based on client work.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior escalation point for issues in the AMS queue (troubleshooting models, formulas, reports, dashboards, integrations, security).
• Gather requirements for enhancements, perform impact analysis, and configure Workday Adaptive Planning including model updates and security roles.
• Support release and environment management, including sandbox-to-prod migrations and change management.
• Participate in governance calls, status reporting, and roadmap discussions with client stakeholders.
• Monitor integrations and data processes including actuals feeds and HCM integrations.
