Job summary

Deloitte in the United States is seeking a Workday Adaptive Senior Consultant, Managed Services within the Enterprise Operations as a Service team, to support ongoing application management for Workday Adaptive Planning and ensure a stable, scalable planning environment.

You will collaborate with clients and teams to troubleshoot models, update reports, manage security roles, and participate in governance calls, roadmaps, and deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of Workday Adaptive Planning experience including post-implementation enhancements, incident resolution, and change requests in an Application Management Services environment.
• Ability to travel 25% on average based on client needs.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior escalation point for issues in the application management services queue including troubleshooting models, formulas, reports, dashboards, integrations, and security.
• Gather requirements for enhancements, perform impact analysis, and configure Workday Adaptive Planning in areas such as model updates, reporting changes, formula logic, and security roles.
• Support release and environment management activities including sandbox-to-production migrations and documentation maintenance.
• Participate in governance calls, status reporting, and roadmap discussions with client stakeholders to support planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting objectives.
• Monitor integrations and data processes including actuals feeds, HCM integrations, data loads, and version management.
