What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the technical expert for customer engagements, configuring ServiceNow products based on best practices
- Lead customer design workshops and provide guidance on ServiceNow platform capabilities
- Advise customers on process definition, re-engineering, and improvement during workshops
- Develop integration components and portal components as needed
- Prepare customer-facing deliverables and ensure quality of configured solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification and relevant Solution-Specific Certified Implementation Specialist designations
- At least 8+ years of configuration/development experience for complex technologies, including integrations and portals
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult in an IT/HR/Customer Service environment
- Experience with web technologies and working with SaaS technologies
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in configuration/development for complex, highly capable technologies
- Proven team player with experience in leading teams and building relationships
- Knowledge of leading HR systems and tools such as Workday or SAP
- Experience mentoring and training team members
