Job summary

FedEx in Wooster, OH is seeking a part-time Sr Service Agent to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and promote FedEx services. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate a computer terminal, with duties including administrative support for station operations.

Job Duties
Provides accurate information and assistance to customers, which includes responding to inquiries, problem-resolution and selling of company services. Performs administrative support functions necessary for efficient station operations. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

High School Diploma/G.E.D.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to operate computer terminal. Ability to lift 50 Lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. With appropriate equipment, and/or assistance from another person. Good human relations and communications skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

The desired location for this position would beWooster, OH effective 10-2-26. Employees will be required to work at the FedEx location five days a week

This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. Pay:

$19.34- $28.27 /hr

Additional Details:

Part time Sr Svc Agent/non DOT, Tues-Fri 4:00 pm- 8:00 pm, Sat 12:00 pm- 5:00 pm, subject to change. Position to be held in Wooster, OH
