Federal Express Corporation in Raynham, MA is seeking a customer service representative to provide accurate information, answer inquiries, resolve problems and sell company services at the station. The role includes performing administrative tasks to keep station operations running smoothly.
Requires High School diploma or GED, ability to operate a computer terminal, lift up to 50 lbs and maneuver heavy packages with equipment or assistance.
Job Duties
Provides accurate information and assistance to customers, which includes responding to inquiries, problem-resolution and selling of company services. Performs administrative support functions necessary for efficient station operations. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
High School Diploma/G.E.D.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to operate computer terminal. Ability to lift 50 Lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. With appropriate equipment, and/or assistance from another person. Good human relations and communications skills.
