Job summary

Amgen seeks a Strategic Planning & Operations Sr Mgr to partner with GCCI leadership, driving strategy-to-execution across global initiatives. You will oversee planning, governance, and transformation programs, acting as a trusted advisor to executives and ensuring alignment across geographies.

The role emphasizes leadership, data-driven decision making, and the adoption of innovative processes and AI-enabled capabilities to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or master's or bachelor's degree with 2–6 years in strategic planning & operations.
• Experience supporting senior leaders in Strategy & Operations or similar.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and budgets with governance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with GCCI leadership to execute priorities and track milestones.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and exec reporting for performance visibility.
• Coordinate leadership meetings, planning sessions, and governance processes.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely delivery and accountability.
