Job summary

Amgen in Thousand Oaks, CA seeks a Strategic Planning & Operations Sr Mgr - Global Customer Capabilities & Innovation to translate strategy into execution across GCCI. You will partner with leadership to drive planning, governance, performance management, and transformation initiatives for a global organization, acting as a trusted advisor and cross-functional enabler.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or higher with strategic planning & operations experience.
• Advanced degree required for senior strategic roles.
• Experience supporting senior leaders and cross-functional initiatives.
• Track record of driving governance, performance management and transformations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with GCCI leadership to execute priorities and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate leadership meetings, planning sessions and governance processes.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment across geographies.
• Track milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
• Synthesize inputs for leadership decisions and action plans.
