Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s/ Bachelor’s with strategic planning & operations experience.
• Experience supporting senior leaders in Strategy & Operations or Program Management.
• Strong strategic thinking, project management, and KPI/dashboard experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with GCCI leadership to execute priorities and monitor milestones.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate leadership meetings, governance, and action plans.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives and organizational alignment.
• Manage transformation initiatives and track risks, dependencies, and results.
• Synthesize information for leadership decisions and follow-through.
• Support implementation of AI-enabled capabilities and new ways of working.
