Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with group-level technical leadership.
• Proficiency in Kotlin, Java, or Go with expertise in system design for scale.
• Experience scaling shared infrastructure and frameworks across teams.
• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows, cloud infrastructure, and observability tools.
• Proven ability to drive architectural clarity and technical alignment across functions.

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Staff Engineer (Fullstack/Backend) to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will shape the architectural direction for customer-facing systems that support growth, reliability, and long-term sustainability. You will partner closely with engineering leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to bring clarity to complex technical challenges and align solutions with broader business objectives. The position calls for a senior technical leader who can influence architecture across teams, elevate engineering practices, and translate customer needs into scalable systems.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 annually
