Ladders is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer II to join our remote-eligible team. The role focuses on building full-stack capabilities for a modern software platform, spanning UX, backend services, and infrastructure, while owning large initiatives from concept through launch.

You will collaborate on architecture and code quality, leverage AI-assisted development tools, and drive performance, scalability, and developer experience. Remote US-based candidates only.

Competenze

• 5+ years of engineering experience in a team environment.
• 3+ years in service-oriented architecture and cloud infrastructure.
• Proficiency in high-level programming languages such as Ruby, Java, Go, Python, or TypeScript.
• Experience with modern JavaScript libraries such as React and Redux.

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer II (Remote Eligible) to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will focus on building full-stack capabilities that support a modern software platform, spanning user experience, backend services, and the infrastructure that enables reliable delivery. You will take ownership of large, ambiguous initiatives from concept through launch while partnering closely with engineering peers to strengthen performance, scalability, and developer experience. The position also calls for thoughtful collaboration on architecture, code quality, and practical use of AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $145,000 – $210,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Design and build full-stack features across front-end, back-end, and infrastructure
