Job summary

Tech Mahindra in Dallas seeks a Bachelor’s-degreed software engineer with proven fullstack experience (frontend, backend, integrations) to build and maintain production apps. You will design microservices-based architectures and contribute to API-centric development.

Collaboration with infrastructure, security, and operations teams is key, with emphasis on reliability, secure SDLC, and incident management (ServiceNow). U.S.

Qualifications

Job description

A Bachelor’s or Higher Degree is the minimum entry required for the position

• Proven fullstack development experience building production applications (front end + backend services + integrations).
• Experience designing, developing, and supporting microservices based architectures and distributed applications.
• Experience integrating with identity/SSO, CMDB, IT automation tools, and enterprise data repositories.
• Handsâ€`on experience with workflow automation, orchestration pipelines, and APIâ€`centric development.
• Strong understanding of reliability engineering: performance tuning, SLAs, monitoring, alerting, dashboards.
• Experience supporting incident/problem management in an enterprise environment (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Knowledge of secure SDLC practices, code scanning, and remediation of security findings.
• Ability to work effectively with infrastructure, security, and operations teams.
• U.S. Person required ; U.S. Citizen may be required for sensitive environments depending on data access.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with server lifecycle automation (provisioning, patching, configuration, decommissioning).
• Experience in brownfield enterprise environments and largeâ€`scale integration platforms.
• Experience building responsive user interfaces and web applications using React.
• Familiarity with containerized microservices, REST APIs, event driven architectures, and cloud native application development.

Th e pay range for this role is $110,000- $120,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
