We are seeking a highly skilled Senior FullStack Developer with a strong focus on ReactJS to join our dynamic team at TechM Chennai TMCC. The ideal candidate will have 7 10 years of experience in software development, demonstrating a deep understanding of front end technologies and a passion for building high quality web applications. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining innovative software solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using ReactJS and related technologies.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Identify and troubleshoot software defects and performance issues.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to their professional growth.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in ReactJS and its core principles.
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Solid understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of server side rendering and frameworks like Next.js.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme).
• Understanding of CI/CD processes and tools.
• Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).

Qualifications:

The pay range for this role is $110,000- $120,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
