Job summary

Tech Mahindra in Plano, Texas seeks a seasoned Full Stack Engineer to lead enterprise-scale applications using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, React JS, and AWS. You will design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions and collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps.

Responsibilities include building RESTful APIs, guiding CI/CD, mentoring peers, ensuring performance and security, and promoting Agile practices across squads.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, React JS, and AWS cloud services.
• Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices-based applications.
• Proficient in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale Full Stack applications.
• Architect and implement scalable solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, React JS, and AWS.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and QA teams to define technical solutions.
• Drive technical discussions, solution design reviews, and architectural decisions.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and Microservices-based applications.
• Build responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using React JS.
• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Mentor and guide development team members through code reviews and technical coaching.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root-cause analysis.
• Promote Agile/Scrum methodologies and participate in sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, design principles, and best practices.

The pay range for this role is $120,000- $130,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay. Tech Mahindra also offers benefits like medical, vision, dental, life, disability insurance and paid time off (including holidays, parental leave, and sick leave, as required by law). The exact offer terms will depend on the skill level, educational qualifications, experience and location of the candidate.
