Job summary

Melrose is seeking a Sr. Service Manager in Dallas to lead store operations and ensure an exceptional in-store customer experience.

You will manage the sales floor, maintain visual standards, and support opening/closing procedures while guiding associates to deliver high-quality service. Ideal candidates bring retail management experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to train teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of management experience in retail or non-retail.
• Retail experience a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to train and direct others and develop associates at all levels.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret floor plans, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to perform cash register functions.
• Ability to adjust priorities and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Stylish with a love of fashion.

Responsibilities
