Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is seeking a Sr. Sales Manager to lead an Outside Sales team in the Greater Detroit area. You will drive revenue, manage the sales process, and recruit and develop a high-performing team of 20–35 representatives.

The role requires 7+ years in sales (5+ in sales management), a valid Residential Builder Salesperson License, and proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office. A strong leader with excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of outside/home sales experience with at least 5 years in sales management.
• Residential Builder Salesperson License required or obtainable.
• Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Experience in direct-to-consumer/home improvement sales; bath industry preferred.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a high-performing Sr. Sales Manager to support of Outside Sales Representatives in the Greater Detroit area. We are hoping to find a Sr. Sales Manager who is motivated by developing a team oriented culture and has excellent performance management abilities.

The Sr. Sales Manager is responsible for managing day to day sales process and sales implementation of an Outside Sales team (Average size team is 20-35). The Sr. Sales Manager will drive sales revenue, participate in recruiting, hiring, team development and performance management.

Sr. Sales Manager Duties:

• Facilitate a collaborative team culture
• Manage sales revenue through proper planning to ensure the team is equipped to achieve Net Sales objectives.
• Participate in the ongoing training of all team members.
• Responsible for executing performance plans to cultivate the growth of team members.
• Participate in ongoing ride-a longs with team members.
• Managing and monitoring cancelled projects; completes calls to potentially save customers.
• Experience in direct to consumer, home improvement or One-Call Close sales is required, bath industry is highly preferred.

Compensation:

$104,000 annual salary + uncapped monthly bonus potential based on revenue and teams net closing percentage

• Applicants are required to hold or acquire a valid Residential Builder Salesperson License.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Sales (outside sales, in-home sales or home improvement sales preferred) with 5 years in Sales Management.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
