Job summary

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel in San Jose, CA is seeking an experienced Sr. Production Manager to lead our production facility and ensure timely installation of products while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in operations management, strong budgeting and inventory skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Familiarity with OSHA, WMS/ERP is highly valued in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of proven experience in an Operations Manager or similar leadership role, preferably within home improvement.
• Strong understanding of operational procedures, project management, and process optimization techniques.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
• Inventory Management experience required.
• Solid financial acumen with budgeting, cost control, and allocation of resources.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and implement strategies based on findings.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
• Develop and implement operational strategies that align with company goals and promote continuous improvement.
• Manage and oversees the Operations team including Installation Managers, Installation teams, Warehouse, and office staff.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members to foster a positive work environment and improve overall team performance.
• Monitor operational performance metrics, generate reports, and identify opportunities to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory management and supply chain processes - Experience with WMS or ERP system highly preferred
• Manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and control operational costs to maximize profitability.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements (OSHA knowledge).
• Work collaboratively with Jacuzzi Group manufacturing facilities to ensure timely delivery of materials

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is seeking an experienced and motivated Sr. Production Manager to help us build our San Jose, California Production team. The Sr. Production Manager will play a key role in managing our facility, ensuring timely and efficient installation of products and maintaining high standards of safety and quality. The successful candidate will be an organized and detail-oriented self-starter with experience in Operations Management, Logistics, and Bath/Shower Installation (preferably candidates from the home improvement industry).

Compensation is based on experience: $110,000 + as well as a great monthly bonus structure based on performance.
