• Overcome objections, negotiate contracts, and secure deals

This Sr. Sales Executive position is an exciting hunter role in which you’ll sell our staffing and recruiting services to businesses across various industries. You’ll focus on developing new business, building lasting client partnerships, and collaborating with our recruiters to deliver customized solutions for our clients.

Sr. Sales Executive Responsibilities

• Comfortable with a hybrid schedule (Mon-Thurs onsite, Fri remote)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $80,000 – $100,000. This role includes an uncapped commission plan; first-year on-target earnings typically range from $110,000 – $140,000.
