Job description

Reporting Into: Sr. Manager, Sales Development or Director of Sales Development

Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000 base plus uncapped commission, with a total expected compensation of $85,000 to $110,000, based on qualifications and experience.

The Role

Senior SDRs are rising leaders and mentors having mastered the core-skills of the SDR role. With a proven ability to consistently engage potential customers and schedule meetings, Senior SDRs earn additional responsibilities through new opportunities to support their sales pod and help coach and develop other members of their team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified sales leads and achieving monthly/quarterly quotas.
  • Utilize a variety of AI-driven sales tools, demonstrating flexibility and innovation in your approach.
  • Generate qualified meetings with potential buyers via phone, LinkedIn, email outreach, and other lead generation tools.
  • Conform to best practices for sales development/business development regarding telephone calls and e-mails with new prospects.
  • Coordinate meetings with sales executives, and log all activities in our Hubspot CRM.

Practical stuff we anticipate you having

  • 2-3 years of SDR/Sales experience.
  • Strong leadership skills with a willingness to mentor other SDRs.
  • Understanding of the sales process, from marketing through prospecting, cold calling, generating interest, and handing off to sales.
  • Ability to write coherent emails, and willingness to make 2-3 hours of cold calls a day.
  • Ability to articulate unique value propositions and persuade prospects.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with C-suite and VP-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Ability to work in a changing environment with an ever-evolving product.
  • Passionate about start-up culture and impacting the company.
