Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000 base plus uncapped commission, with a total expected compensation of $85,000 to $110,000, based on qualifications and experience.

Senior SDRs are rising leaders and mentors, mastering core skills and supporting their sales pod. They manage and drive opportunities within their pipeline, mentor other SDRs, and aim to meet or exceed targets while contributing to team success. This role offers opportunities to deepen product and industry knowledge and to progress into roles within Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, or Partnerships within 18-24 months.
