Location: Remote within the US

Reporting Into: Sr. Manager, Sales Development or Director of Sales Development

Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000 base plus uncapped commission, with a total expected compensation of $85,000 to $110,000, based on qualifications and experience.

The Role

Senior SDRs are rising leaders and mentors, mastering core skills and supporting their sales pod. They manage and drive opportunities within their pipeline, mentor other SDRs, and aim to meet or exceed targets while contributing to team success. This role offers opportunities to deepen product and industry knowledge and to progress into roles within Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, or Partnerships within 18-24 months.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and achieve quotas
  • Utilize AI-driven sales tools with flexibility and innovation
  • Generate qualified meetings via phone, LinkedIn, email, and other tools
  • Follow best practices for outreach and log activities in Hubspot CRM
Practical Requirements
  • 2-3 years of SDR/Sales experience
  • Leadership skills and willingness to mentor
  • Understanding of the sales process
  • Effective communication skills, including cold calling and email writing
  • Ability to communicate with C-suite and VP-level executives
  • Adaptability to changing environments and products
