One of our companies is currently looking for a Sales Development Representative in the United States.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, strategic sales professional to play a key role in generating new business opportunities and building meaningful client relationships. You'll be on the front lines of outreach, introducing target organizations to a transformative healthcare solution focused on improving cancer care and outcomes. In this role, you'll use a blend of outbound strategies including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media to connect with decision-makers. Success in this role will require strong communication skills, a curiosity for understanding customer needs, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Accountabilities:
- Execute outbound campaigns to identify, engage, and qualify new employer leads through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients by leveraging tools like Salesforce and sales automation platforms
- Initiate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at target organizations, aligning their needs with the solution's value
- Collaborate with Sales Directors to support market expansion and drive top-of-funnel activity
- Deliver compelling messaging that highlights the health impact and ROI of the offering
- Track, analyze, and report outreach performance metrics to optimize future engagement strategies
Requirements
- 3-7+ years of experience in sales or business development, with a strong background in lead generation and B2B outreach
- Proven ability to initiate conversations and build professional relationships from scratch
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
- Experience in healthcare, employee benefits, or enterprise SaaS is a strong plus
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce is preferred
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for mission-driven work
