Base pay starts at $55k + Uncapped Comission + bonus incentives (OTE expected $80k+ in the 1st year)

Our client is a leading ERP software platform revolutionizing the cannabis industry's supply chain, rapidly expanding with over $1B in annual transactions. Join an intrinsically motivated team focused on customer satisfaction. You'll collaborate closely with the BDM and CRO, assuming sales strategies and lead generation responsibility. About the Role:

As our client extends support to customers in 18 states, you'll play a pivotal role in defining expansion strategies. Your goal-oriented, proactive approach will drive innovation, significantly impacting a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to execute and enhance the sales strategy
  • Manage inbound leads and drive outbound leads through calls and emails
  • Master internal tools like Hubspot and explore new tooling
  • Experiment with diverse outreach methods to optimize effectiveness
  • Conduct software demonstrations and close deals as the primary representative
  • Set and accomplish daily and monthly team goals
  • Participate in team conferences and enhance sales skills

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of quota-carrying sales experience, SAAS background preferred
  • Proven track record of top performance in previous sales roles
  • Proficiency in phone and email communication, objection handling
  • Previous CRM experience, preferably with Hubspot
  • Cannabis industry experience is advantageous
  • Startup exposure is beneficial
