In this role, you will lead backend logic development, manage central databases, and ensure top performance across all user-facing services. You will work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and designers to turn business requirements into clean, production-grade solutions.

Core Responsibilities

Write Code: Design, build, and maintain clean, efficient, and scalable Ruby code.

Develop APIs: Construct secure, RESTful APIs for frontend consumption and third-party integrations.

Manage Data: Optimize database schemas, query performance, and data modeling using ActiveRecord.
