VOLTO Consulting in Seattle, WA seeks an experienced Tech Lead to guide a team of developers in delivering high-quality software solutions. You will drive architecture decisions and ensure timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on expertise with Ruby on Rails, AWS, PostgreSQL, React/Redux, and related technologies. Experience with CRM integrations and DevOps pipelines is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience with Ruby on Rails, React/Redux, HAML and Clojure.
• Strong testing methodologies; experience with RSpec, Jest and TestCafe.
• Proficiency in DevOps tools such as Git, JIRA and BuildKite.
• Experience in AWS environments and databases like MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 integrations.
• Proven leadership and ability to mentor and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.

Responsabilités
