We’re looking for top‑notch developers who are not afraid to move around the stack and help where needed. You’ll participate in all aspects of a project life cycle, from specs through QA; as well as being an integral part of a closely knit group of Developers spanning server‑side engineering, back‑end and front‑end design, and creative. Additionally, we’ll look for your help in defining in‑house processes and best practices (code management, testing, deployment, D&R, etc.). If interested, you’ll also have the opportunity to do some sysadmin and cloud management work.

Must have

• 5+ years of professional Development experience, with 3+ years Rails Development experience (Python/Django can be replaced for Rails experience)
• Thorough understanding and application of Ruby on Rails, LAMP stack and MySQL
• Strong understanding of MVC architectures, object oriented design, database design and Agile Development techniques
• PHP
• HTML, CSS, JS, jQuery
• Good sensibilities around UI/UX design

Nice to have

• iOS and/or Android
• Basic competency in Photoshop/Illustrator
• Basic knowledge of Linux Server Administration
