Through experienced leadership, innovative technology, and operational excellence, we deliver customized logistics and supply chain solutions that help our customers improve efficiency, service, and performance.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily routes and driver assignments to ensure on-time service and customer satisfactionServe as the primary point of contact for drivers, customers, dispatch, and operations leadershipMonitor freight movement and communicate shipment updates, delays, and service issuesSupport driver scheduling, attendance tracking, and staffing requirementsEnsure drivers are operating safely and in compliance with company policies and DOT regulationsInvestigate and resolve transportation, service, and driver-related issuesProvide coaching, training, and performance feedback to driversTrack operational KPIs related to service, safety, productivity, attendance, and equipment utilizationMaintain accurate reports, operational documentation, and compliance recordsSupport daily dispatch operations and troubleshoot transportation issues as they ariseCollaborate with customer representatives to resolve concerns and support production requirementsPromote a culture of safety, accountability, and customer serviceSupport continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency and service performanceQualificationsBachelor's degree preferred; Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, Business, or related field is a plusPrevious experience in transportation, dispatch, logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, customer service, or operations environments preferredPrior leadership or supervisory experience preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, customer-driven environmentStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesProficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to lead, coach, and hold employees accountableWorking knowledge of transportation operations and DOT regulations preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to effectively troubleshoot operational issuesFlexibility to support varying schedules and operational needs
