Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Senior Resident Care Director (RN) to lead the nursing team and oversee clinical excellence across the community. You will supervise resident care, coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with regulations while driving high-quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, budget oversight, performance coaching, and infection control measures to deliver safe, compassionate care and a positive resident experience.

Formación

• RN license required.
• Experience in clinical leadership and nursing management.
• Ability to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality resident care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership for resident care and manage the nursing team in accordance with state/provincial regulations
• Perform and oversee resident assessments, ISPs and clinical documentation
• Partner with physicians, pharmacists and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• Lead medication management, training and performance oversight of care staff
• Track, trend and report clinical quality data; lead QAPI and risk mitigation initiatives
• Ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial and OSHA regulations
• Manage department budget, labor and staffing schedules
• Recruit, onboard, coach and evaluate clinical team members
• Support infection control and serve as ICC/CLIA Director as applicable

Pay Range: 78,100.00 - 120,100.00
