Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Bethesda, MD is seeking a Resident Care Director (RN) to lead clinical excellence across the community, overseeing health, wellness and care coordination to ensure safe, resident-centered services.

You will manage the nursing team, conduct resident assessments and ISP oversight, monitor changes in condition, supervise medication management and infection control, drive QAPI, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with Sales on move-ins.

• Oversee medication management and infection control programs
• Serve as CLIA and Infection Control leader as applicable
• Drive Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives
• Ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial and nursing regulations
• Recruit, hire, train and performance manage clinical team members
• Manage staffing, scheduling and department budget
• Partner with Sales to assess move-in appropriateness

Pay Range:

80,184.00 - 110,656.00

In addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non-discretionary bonuses. The eligibility to receive such a bonus will depend on the employee's position, plan/program offered by Sunrise at the time, and required performance pursuant to the plan/program.
