Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in the United States seeks a Resident Care Director (RN) to lead the community's clinical program, oversee health, wellness and care coordination, and drive regulatory compliance. You will supervise the nursing team, monitor conditions, and partner with physicians to maintain high-quality, resident-centered care.

This role emphasizes QAPI leadership, staffing and budget management, and ensuring alignment with Sunrise standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid RN license and possess leadership experience.
• Experience leading a nursing team and care programs.
• Familiarity with Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and care coordination.
• Knowledge of CLIA, infection control, and QA/QI initiatives.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and department budgeting.

Pay Range: 78,208.00 - 107,952.00
