Qualifications

  • 6+ years of progressive talent acquisition or recruiting experience.
  • Experience supporting corporate functions such as Finance, HR, Marketing, IT, and more.
  • Proven success as a strategic recruiting partner and trusted advisor.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Experience developing sourcing strategies and engaging passive talent.
  • Expertise in competency-based interviewing and structured hiring.
  • Business acumen aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Experience using ATS (Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, iCIMS or similar).
  • California employment knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic talent advisor to business leaders across corporate and operational functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans, business priorities, and long-term talent needs.
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies for Finance, HR, Marketing, IT, Supply Chain, Operations, Legal, and Commercial teams.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment from intake and sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding transition.
  • Conduct intake meetings to define required skills, competencies, and success profiles.
  • Build and maintain pipelines of both active and passive candidates.
  • Deliver market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive hiring practices.
  • Facilitate structured interview processes and guide hiring teams toward effective hiring decisions.
  • Manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Coach hiring managers and interview teams on interviewing best practices and candidate assessment.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics and hiring trends to improve talent acquisition effectiveness.
  • Drive continuous improvement in recruiting processes, systems, interview frameworks, and hiring standards.
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR and business stakeholders to support organizational growth and talent initiatives.

Requirements
  • 6+ years of progressive talent acquisition or recruiting experience.
  • Experience supporting corporate and operational business functions such as Finance, HR, Marketing, IT, Supply Chain, Operations, Legal, or related areas.
  • Proven success operating as a strategic recruiting partner and trusted advisor to business leaders.
  • Strong stakeholder management, consultation, and influencing skills.
  • Experience developing sourcing strategies and engaging passive talent.
  • Expertise in competency-based interviewing and structured hiring methodologies.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align hiring decisions to organizational objectives.
  • Experience leveraging recruiting metrics and market data to drive hiring decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, iCIMS, or similar platforms.
  • Preferred experience within consumer products, food manufacturing, manufacturing, startup, or private equity‑backed organizations.
  • Knowledge of California employment practices is a plus.
