A rapidly growing professional advisory organization is seeking a senior recruiting leader to oversee enterprise-wide hiring strategy and execution. This individual will lead efforts to strengthen talent pipelines, improve recruiting operations, and build scalable sourcing strategies across multiple business functions. The role requires a hands‑on leader who can balance strategic planning with day‑to‑day execution in a high‑performance, growth‑oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruiting efforts across professional, operational, and leadership‑level positions
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build strong candidate pipelines
• Manage a small team of talent acquisition professionals
• Improve recruiting both regionally and nationally processes, reporting, and overall hiring effectiveness
• Partner closely with executive leadership and hiring managers to align hiring strategy with business objectives
• Oversee recruiting coordination activities and provide leadership, coaching, and accountability to team members
• Ensure a high‑quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Track recruiting metrics including pipeline activity, time‑to‑fill, and conversion performance
• Implement scalable systems, tools, and best practices to support long‑term growth

Preferred Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruiting experience within professional services, consulting, finance, accounting, or related industries
• Ideally, this person will have an accounting, finance, and/or audit foundation
• Proven success recruiting for leadership, advisory, business development, and operational roles
• Experience building and scaling recruiting functions and direct sourcing capabilities
