What You Will Bring

The ideal candidate will bring at least 2 years of ERP recruiting experience, along with strong technical acumen in Oracle Fusion Cloud modules—particularly Supply Chain, Finance, and WMS.

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Contract ERP Recruiter to lead talent acquisition efforts for Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle Warehouse Management System (WMS) positions. This role requires deep familiarity with Oracle ERP ecosystems and a proven track record of filling highly technical roles across implementation, support, and transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and program leads to define ERP role requirements
  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates for positions including Functional Consultants, Technical Developers, WMS Analysts, and ERP Project Managers
  • Develop targeted search strategies across LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases
  • Assess technical and functional fit of candidates within Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle WMS contexts
  • Manage the candidate lifecycle from initial outreach through interview coordination and offer negotiation
  • Provide market insights on Oracle ERP talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor activity
  • Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure compliance with client and regulatory standards

Experience

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on Oracle ERP or enterprise SaaS
  • Hands-on knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud (e.g., SCM, Finance) and Oracle Warehouse Management System (WMS) modules
  • Demonstrated ability to understand complex technical job requirements and translate them into effective search strategies
  • Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications

  • Deep familiarity with Oracle implementation methodologies (e.g., AIM, OUM, Cloud Methodology)
  • Understanding of role-specific challenges in ERP functions such as supply chain planning, order management, and WMS
  • Strong collaboration skills with ERP delivery leads, business stakeholders, and technology teams
  • Ability to manage multiple open requisitions with shifting priorities and short timelines
  • Prior experience recruiting for Oracle implementation or transformation projects
  • Familiarity with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Bullhorn, or RecruitCRM
  • Strong understanding of ERP market dynamics and Oracle partner ecosystem
  • Ability to recruit across North America with a strong candidate network

Compensation

  • 60/40 commission split for existing clients/open positions.
  • 50/50 commission split on found opportunities.

Job Location

  • This is a fully remote position based in the United States
  • US residents with US work Visa will be considered.
