Central Transport in Warren, MI is hiring an entry-level Driver Recruiter to support recruiting for CDL drivers and related roles across the network.

No experience required—training will be provided. You will manage full-cycle recruitment, make high-volume calls, and collaborate with hiring managers in a fast-paced environment that rewards performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, HR, Logistics, or similar).
• Strong communication skills and comfort on the phone.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic tech skills (Microsoft Office, systems navigation).
• Bonus: experience with Workday, Indeed, Tenstreet.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for CDL drivers, dock workers, and support roles.
• Source candidates using job boards, databases, and outbound outreach.
• Screen applicants and conduct phone interviews.
• Make 30-50 outbound calls and handle 15-20 inbound calls daily.
• Track candidates and activity in ATS/HR systems.
• Keep pipelines full and hiring managers supported.
