You will recruit CDL drivers, dock workers, and support staff, making 30–50 outbound calls daily while handling approximately 15–20 inbound inquiries. Perform sourcing, screening, and end-to-end candidate coordination in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, logistics, or a related field
