Job summary

F.E. Moran Group of Companies seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a Data Center Mega Project in Dallas, TX. Oversee the project from inception to completion, coordinating field operations and teams to meet budget and schedule targets.

The role requires knowledge of Data Center and HVAC large-scale projects ($50M+), with proven leadership and communication skills to guide diverse stakeholders and adapt to evolving project demands.

• Extensive experience in Data Center and HVAC large projects ($50+ million).
• Construction project management experience.

We have an experienced Senior Project Manager with Data Center project success to plan, lead and oversee complex, large-scale projects ($50+ million) from inception to completion on Mega Data Center Projects in Texas. About You:

• KNOWLEDGEABLE: Project Management experience within Data Centers required.
• EXPERIENCED: Extensive previous experience in Data Center and HVAC large projects ($50+ million) with demonstrated success; previous experience in construction project management required
• A LEADER: Guide, manage, motivate, and direct work teams
• A COMMUNICATOR: Effectively communicate verbally and written to varied levels of audiences
• ADAPTABLE: Analyze, think critically, negotiate, and problem-solve; quickly adjust to a changing environment; successfully manage multiple priorities under time constraints
• FLEXIBLE: Location will be onsite in Dallas, TX.
