Qualifications

• Project Management experience within Data Centers required.
• Extensive previous experience in Data Center and HVAC large projects ($50+ million) with demonstrated success; previous experience in construction project management required.
• A leader: guide, manage, motivate, and direct work teams.
• A communicator: effectively communicate verbally and written to varied levels of audiences.
• Adaptable: analyze, think critically, negotiate, and problem-solve; quickly adjust to a changing environment; successfully manage multiple priorities under time constraints.
• Flexible: location onsite in Austin, TX.

• PLAN & PREPARE: Oversee a Data Center Mega Project from beginning to end
• PRIORITIZE: Control project from pre-construction to commissioning
• LEAD: Plan, coordinate, oversee, and maintain effective field operations and teams
• PERFORM: Effectively accomplish the scope of contracted work within allotted budget and time schedules
• SERVICE: Provide exceptional guidance and support to all stakeholders, partners, and team members
