The F.E. Moran Group of Companies seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to plan, lead, and oversee large Data Center projects ($50+ million) from inception to completion in Texas.

You will manage on-site operations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive successful project delivery in a demanding environment. Applied candidates will have a proven Data Center and HVAC project track record, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities under

Qualifications

• Project Management experience within Data Centers required.
• Extensive experience in Data Center and HVAC large projects ($50+ million) with demonstrated success; previous construction PM experience required.
• A leadership ability to guide, manage, motivate, and direct work teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across varied audiences.
• Able to analyze, negotiate, problem-solve, and adapt to changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a Data Center Mega Project from inception to completion.
• Control project from pre-construction to commissioning.
• Plan, coordinate, oversee, and maintain effective field operations and teams.
• Ensure contracted work is completed within budget and schedule.
• Provide guidance and support to stakeholders, partners, and team members.

We have an opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager with Data Center project success to plan, lead and oversee complex, large-scale projects ($50+ million) from inception to completion on Mega Data Center Projects in Texas. About You:

• KNOWLEDGEABLE: Project Management experience within Data Centers required.
• EXPERIENCED: Extensive previous experience in Data Center and HVAC large projects ($50+ million) with demonstrated success; previous experience in construction project management required
• A LEADER: Guide, manage, motivate, and direct work teams
• A COMMUNICATOR: Effectively communicate verbally and written to varied levels of audiences
• ADAPTABLE: Analyze, think critically, negotiate, and problem-solve; quickly adjust to a changing environment; successfully manage multiple priorities under time constraints
• FLEXIBLE: Location will be onsite in Waco, TX.

• PLAN & PREPARE: Oversee a Data Center Mega Project from beginning to end
• PRIORITIZE: Control project from pre-construction to commissioning
• LEAD: Plan, coordinate, oversee, and maintain effective field operations and teams
• PERFORM: Effectively accomplish the scope of contracted work within allotted budget and time schedules
• SERVICE: Provide exceptional guidance and support to all stakeholders, partners, and team members
