Simpplr is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead implementations for Commercial and Enterprise customers, blending waterfall and agile delivery in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will collaborate with Implementation Consultants, Technical Services, and Strategy teams to define scope, develop plans, and manage schedules, budgets, risks, and KPI reporting.

The Opportunity

As a company that is undergoing significant growth, Simpplr is seeking to hire a Senior Project Manager in its Implementation function working with Commercial, basic Enterprise as well as complex Enterprise customers. You will bring experience in both waterfall and agile delivery methodologies, a strong understanding of SaaS platforms and ideally PMI/PMP or Agile certification. You feel comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, transforming ambiguity into clarity, working to tight deadlines and taking calculated risks. You enjoy working in a supportive environment, value the contribution of others and are both confident and humble.

Your Job Responsibilities

• Work as a team member with Simpplr Implementation Consultants, Technical Services and Strategy Consultants

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base pay for this role is between $113k - $140k. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.

Pay Range

$113,000—$140,000 USD

This model is role-based with exceptions and provides employees with the flexibility that many have told us they want.

• Hub - 100% work from Simpplr office. Role requires Simpplifier to be in the office full-time.
• Hybrid - Hybrid work from home and office. Role dictates the ability to work from home, plus benefit from in-person collaboration on a regular basis.
• Remote - 100% remote. Role can be done anywhere within your country of hire, as long as the requirements of the role are met.
