Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Sr. Program Manager for Last Mile Rental (LMR) to own end-to-end programs that drive fleet efficiency and capacity planning across vendor partners and internal Amazon teams.

You will orchestrate initiatives from requirements to deployment, communicating results to senior leadership and stakeholders. The role requires strong data-driven decision making, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Vendor Management: Oversee day-to-day relationships with LMR vendors and external partners; ensure SLAs are met and drive improvements.
• Capacity Planning & Deployment: Support fleet capacity, vehicle deployment, and resource allocation across the network.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Align with Fleet Planning, In life Services, Re-deployment, Procurement, Deployment and FMC teams; surface risks and drive resolution.
• Program Execution: Lead projects from requirements through execution and post-launch review.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze performance metrics and generate Weekly Business Review narratives with Highlights, Lowlights, and Actions.
• Stakeholder Communication: Deliver concise, data-driven updates to senior leadership and partners; track open items.
• Process Improvement: Create scalable SOPs and documentation to improve operational efficiency.
