Job summary

Amazon’s ILS Delivery & Execution organization seeks a technical leader to drive end-to-end automation programs, align stakeholders across Strategy, Field, and Vendors, and implement scalable, data-driven solutions that improve fleet efficiency across North America.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, design forecasting models, and mitigate risks while delivering measurable business impact at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end program management for large-scale automation initiatives that eliminate redundant tasks and improve operational efficiency across D&E functions.
• Create E2E execution requirements for emerging programs to ensure operational feasibility, collaborating with strategy and field teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Lead cross-functional alignment between Strategy teams, Field/Operations teams, and Vendors to identify optimization opportunities and implement data-driven solutions.
• Proactively identify risks and dependencies across complex technical programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and driving resolution of technical and operational blockers.
