Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Program Manager to transform Last Mile Fleet Operations across the Lakes/M Midwest US regions. You will lead cross-functional programs, drive KPI reporting, and ensure world-class safety and efficiency in delivery stations.

Expect travel 40–70% with a permanent base in the Lakes/Midwest region. You will partner with operations leaders, DSPs, and engineering to prioritize initiatives, mitigate risks, and deliver measurable improvements in fleet performance and safety

Qualifications

5+ years of program or project management experience.
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

Lead full life-cycle of complex cross-functional projects with impact across multiple orgs.
Understand business problems, automation limits, scaling factors and leadership decisions.
Partner with customers, internal/external teams, and engineering to set project priorities.
Oversee gaps between teams, processes and systems to reduce failure modes from third-party solutions.
Develop, implement, and govern KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs.
Measure and manage performance to daily metrics as SME for multiple Delivery Station Fleets.
Coordinate with Amazon Operations leaders, DSPs, and program teams to allocate resources.
