Job summary

Autism Learning Partners in California is seeking a BCBA-level supervisor to join our large, clinician-led ABA team. You will supervise client programs, conduct assessments, mentor technicians, and help families with progress toward goals.

We offer base pay $29.00-$35.25 per hour, a $3,000 sign-on, substantial bonus opportunities, comprehensive benefits, training to pass the BCBA exam, and flexible scheduling from Monday to Friday with evenings optional.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or completed Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, ABA, or related field.
• Experience with data collection software and programming for behavior analysis.
• 2–3 years of ABA field experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate client programs under a BCBA.
• Mentor behavior technicians and support treatment plan implementation.
• Balance direct intervention with supervisory duties and manage caseloads.
