Job summary

DefenseStorm is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market for its cyber risk platform built for banks and credit unions. You’ll translate capabilities into narratives for CISOs, risk officers, CIOs, and teams.

In this role, you will own full-funnel product marketing, including launches, voice-of-customer, competitive intel, and sales enablement, while building AI-driven workflows and a living knowledge base across marketing and product teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing ownership, including positioning, messaging, and launches.
• 2+ years in cybersecurity, financial services, or other regulated B2B software.
• Experience building a repeatable voice-of-customer practice from transcripts, reviews, or insights.
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven marketing workflows and automation.
• Proven track record shipping end-to-end product launches with strong writing.

Responsibilities

• Own DefenseStorm's core messaging architecture and keep it current with product and market changes.
• Maintain ICP and segmentation across Salesforce, campaigns, and territory planning.
• Lead competitive intelligence read-outs and maintain the intel database and battlecards.
• Lead voice-of-customer workstreams with Product leadership for content inputs.
• Deliver content strategy and ensure relevant formats reach the right channels.
