Job summary

HITRUST is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Marketing to lead positioning, messaging, and go-to-market for cyber risk solutions.

You will translate risk analytics into business value for security, risk, and GRC leaders, and collaborate across Product, Sales, and Customer Success to drive adoption and pipeline.

Success will be measured by adoption, pipeline contribution, win rates, and market understanding in a fast-growing cybersecurity market.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of B2B product marketing in cybersecurity, risk management, or analytics.
• Ability to position complex risk or data-driven products to executives and technical buyers.
• Experience planning product launches and leading cross-functional go-to-market programs.
• Experience supporting enterprise sales with plays, enablement, and competitive intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Own product positioning and messaging for cyber risk solutions.
• Develop messaging frameworks for target buyers and priority use cases.
• Partner with Product, Research, Sales, Customer Success, and customers to identify market needs and inform roadmap.
• Plan and execute product launches and go-to-market initiatives, including messaging and post-launch adoption programs.
• Create product marketing content, including solution briefs, website copy, buyer guides, business cases, demos, videos, and exec presentations.
• Develop sales plays for use cases such as prioritizing cyber investments and communicating risk in financial terms.
• Build sales enablement assets, including pitch decks, battlecards, discovery guides, value narratives, and objection-handling guidance.
• Train and support enterprise sales teams to strengthen discovery and increase win rates.
• Lead customer, market, and competitive research and translate findings into positioning, product, and sales guidance.
• Partner with demand gen and growth marketing to align campaigns with product positioning and buyer journeys.
• Track product marketing performance and recommend changes based on adoption, pipeline, and win-loss data.
