HITRUST is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Marketing to lead positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution for cyber risk solutions. You will translate complex risk models and analytics into clear business value for executive, risk, and security buyers.

Success will be measured by product adoption, pipeline contribution, and sales effectiveness. The role requires collaborating with product, research, sales, and customer success teams to shape messaging and enablement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of B2B product marketing in cybersecurity or risk management.
• Working knowledge of cyber risk quantification and risk analytics.
• Proven ability to position complex technical or data-driven products for executive and technical audiences.
• Demonstrated success planning product launches and leading cross-functional go-to-market programs.
• Experience supporting enterprise sales with sales plays, enablement programs, and competitive intelligence.
• Strong customer and market research skills, translating findings into messaging and GTM recommendations.
• Exceptional writing, presentation, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to leverage AI tools across roles and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Own product positioning and messaging for cyber risk solutions, translating complex models into clear business value for security, risk, and GRC leaders.
• Develop and maintain messaging frameworks defining target buyers, use cases, and differentiated value.
• Partner with Product, Research, Sales, Customer Success, and customers to identify market needs and shape GTM strategy.
• Plan and execute product launches and go-to-market initiatives, including messaging, content, and sales readiness.
• Create product marketing content such as briefs, website copy, buyer guides, business cases, thought leadership, demos, and executive presentations.
• Develop sales plays for cyber investment prioritization, risk monetization, benchmarking risk posture, and risk decisions for enterprise customers.
• Build sales enablement assets including pitch decks, battlecards, discovery guides, value narratives, and objections guidance.
• Train and support enterprise sales teams to strengthen discovery, value articulation, and win rates.
• Lead customer, market, and competitive research and translate findings into positioning and guidance for product and sales.
• Partner with demand gen and growth marketing to align campaigns with positioning and buyer personas.
• Track product marketing performance and recommend changes based on adoption, pipeline, and win-loss data.
