Truist seeks a Group Product Manager II – Marketing Platform Strategy & Experience Integration Manager to lead a portfolio of marketing platform products enabling personalized, data-driven client experiences. You will define strategy, roadmaps, and execution across product teams, partnering with Marketing, Technology, and Risk to achieve measurable business outcomes.

Qualificações

• Fifteen+ years in professional services and financial services industries.
• Seven+ years of product management experience.
• Deep understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Experience in digital banking or similar complex transactional services.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and large-scale projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of Product Managers and Product Owners, setting direction and priorities.
• Develop product roadmaps in collaboration with partners across lines of business.
• Manage backlogs from EPICS to user stories with UX, Technology, and Operations.
• Collaborate with Agile teams on development, rollout, and post-production support.
• Oversee client experience metrics, pricing, budgets, and forecasting.
